How does the PWA Offline Sync work?
MYSOCIETY utilizes a custom Service Worker cache and local request queue. When security guards or residents lose internet connection, actions (such as logging visitors or raising tickets) are queued in local browser storage and uploaded automatically as soon as internet connection is restored!
Can residents pay maintenance via any UPI App?
Yes! Our dynamic UPI QR system works with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any bank UPI application. Residents simply scan the QR code to complete payment, submit their Txn reference ID, and receive instant digital PDF receipts.
How does the AI Assistant help society members?
The built-in AI assistant answers resident questions on society bylaws, clubhouse rules, gym timings, maintenance payment procedures, and live ticket statuses 24/7 without needing committee intervention.
